Treatment programs are based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy and can be completed on their own (any adult over 18 years old with internet access) or with email-based assistance from a therapist (Australian residents only).
Programs are available for:
Generalised Anxiety Disorder
Social Anxiety Disorder
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Panic Disorder with or without Agoraphobia
eTherapy Centre also offers programs through research trials, including a program for the treatment of depression, Depression Online. These programs will soon be part of a broader online mental health clinic to be renamed Mental Health Online.
